KTR Forged Shipping & Lead Time Policy

Overview At KTR Forged, every wheel is a bespoke piece of engineering, custom-manufactured from aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminum. Our commitment to structural integrity and FEA-validated safety requires a meticulous production process.

1. Standard Production Timeline By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that our products are Custom-Made-to-Order and involve significant machining, finishing, and quality control phases.

• Standard Lead Time: 4 to 8 Weeks.

• Important: The shipping clock begins only after the customer provides written confirmation of the final 3D design render. Lead times prior to render confirmation are variable and dependent on engineering queue volume.

2. Configuration Variance Certain technical specifications—including but not limited to complex directional milling, custom powder coating finishes, or specialized beadlock hardware—may require additional processing time.

• Please allow an additional 1 to 2 weeks for high-complexity or bespoke configurations.

3. Force Majeure & External Delays While KTR Forged strives to meet all estimated timelines, lead times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays caused by international logistics, customs inspections, or raw material shortages are beyond our control and do not constitute grounds for a transaction reversal or chargeback.

4. Cancellation & Chargeback Policy Due to the custom nature of forged wheel manufacturing, all sales are final once the engineering phase begins. Initiating a chargeback during the stated 4–10 week production window is considered a breach of the Purchase Agreement.

Submission of payment constitutes full agreement to the terms and timelines outlined above. KTR Forged reserves the right to provide this policy as evidence in any payment dispute or arbitration.
