Wheel Orders:

• All wheel orders are final. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled.
  
• Production begins almost immediately after your order is placed. Because each set is designed and milled specifically for your vehicle, we cannot “un-mill” or resell them as new.
  

Returns / Replacements

• We accept returns, replacements, or compensation only if we produce your wheels incorrectly based on the specifications you provided at the time of order.
  
  Return requests must be submitted within one(1) month of delivery if there is an issue. 
  

Accidental orders: You can contact us for a cancellation within 12 hours of ordering if production has not begun 

• 5-15% will be deducted from your refund due to irreversible credit card fees 

What Is Not Covered

• Returns based on unjust reasons (such as changing your mind or ordering the wrong specifications) will not be accepted.
  
• Minor manufacturing variances that do not affect fitment, safety, or performance are not considered defects. Examples include:
• Slight clearcoat blemishes or cosmetic imperfections.
• Minor surface marks on non-critical areas.
• These issues do not impact the functionality or safety of the wheels and are considered acceptable within industry standards.
