We didn't launch this brand to be just another name in the aftermarket; we set out to manufacture precision hardware for specialized builds. From heavy-duty work trucks to custom tube-chassis prerunners, every wheel we design is built to handle the intense physical demands of extreme off-road environments.
For us, a truck's stance and mechanical capability are non-negotiable, and the wheels are the absolute core of that equation. They dictate tire clearance, track width, and how the vehicle survives abuse. Achieving flawless fitment geometry—dialing in the exact interplay of wheel width, offset, and backspacing for massive tire setups—is something we engineered for ourselves before we ever offered it to the public. When fellow builders started asking for the same level of precision for their own rigs, we knew we had to scale up.
KTR Forged was born to eliminate the compromises of off-the-shelf cast wheels. We maintain full design authorship over every single model, drawing every spoke and hub entirely from scratch in CAD to match exact vehicle geometry.
But original digital design is only half the battle; the rest is pure structural integrity. Off-road environments don't care about aesthetics if a wheel fails under load. That’s why we push our geometry through rigorous Finite Element Analysis (FEA) before a single block of billet is cut. We don't guess on strength—we calculate it. By engineering our profiles to keep peak stress metrics safely at 140 MPa against a 275 MPa yield strength, we guarantee that every wheel exceeds the demands of heavy-duty performance.
