Ordering Wheels
How do I place an order?
To place an order please select your favorite wheel model and choose all of the sizing specifications along with other selections that will apply your selected wheel build
How can I get custom finishes?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
What is the production timeline for a custom set?
Our standard production time is approximately 7 to 8 weeks for custom wheels. Because every set is engineered, cut, and finished to exact custom specifications, timelines can occasionally vary based on finishing processes, material allocation, and logistics. While these timeframes are close estimates rather than hard guarantees, we ensure every detail is dialed in correctly before your wheels ship out.
Technical
How do you ensure the correct fitment for my specific vehicle?
We avoid generic catalog offsets and off-the-shelf guesswork. Every set is engineered using precise CAD modeling and backspacing calculations tailored specifically to your platform's suspension geometry, brake clearance, and fender limits—whether you are dialing in a heavy-duty truck, an off-road SUV, or a dedicated build.
Can these wheels handle heavy off-road abuse and oversized tires?
Yes. Our wheels are specifically engineered for high-load off-road environments. They are built to withstand the brutal impacts of rough terrain, aired-down driving, and heavy tire packages without compromising structural safety.
What is the difference between a forged monoblock wheel and a mass-produced cast wheel?
Cast wheels are poured into a mold, making them prone to porosity and cracking under heavy impact. KTR Forged wheels start as solid, high-grade aluminum billets that are forged under extreme pressure and precision-machined on the mill. This aligns the metal's grain structure, delivering vastly superior structural integrity, higher load ratings, and lower unsprung weight.
Shipping And Returns
How are the wheels packaged for shipping?
Every wheel is individually wrapped and secured in heavy-duty packaging with custom foam inserts to guarantee safe transit from our facility to your door.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, and customs charges.
What is your return policy?
Because every set is custom-manufactured to your exact specifications, we are unable to accept returns. Please review our warranty policy for full coverage details.
What if my wheels arrive damaged?
We enforce rigorous quality control protocols to guarantee you receive a flawless product, and we never ship damaged goods. If your shipment is damaged due to a transit mishap, it is the responsibility of the courier. Please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged items so we can assist you.
Warranty & Support
What kind of warranty comes with your wheels?
Every wheel we produce is backed by a lifetime structural warranty and a 2-year finish warranty. Check out our dedicated Warranty page for full terms and conditions.
How should I properly care for and clean my wheels?
If you're running multi-piece setups, leave the assembly bolts completely untouched—loosening or removing them will void your warranty. To preserve the finish, wash your wheels regularly using only mild soap, water, and a soft cloth, especially during winter months when road salt is present. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners and never use touchless spray-on, hose-off acid washes. Always let the wheels cool down entirely in the shade before cleaning, and feel free to apply a non-abrasive soft paste or spray wax to painted, clear-coated, or chrome finishes (skip the wax on raw, unprotected polished aluminum).
What happens if there's a fitment issue upon delivery?
We verify every technical order before it goes into production. If an unexpected fitment problem arises, reach out to our team right away so we can sort it out. Keep in mind that if exact widths, sizes, and offsets are provided directly by the buyer, KTR Forged is not liable for fitment errors stemming from those custom-submitted dimensions. We always recommend looping in our support staff to double-check your specs before locking in production.
