Description:

The Crusher is built for the builds that don't stop. Built from 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum — stronger and lighter than cast — the B05 is a true forged beadlock engineered for rock crawls, desert runs, and prerunner builds that push limits. The functional beadlock ring locks your tire bead to the rim at low pressure, and replaceable steel inserts keep it performing for the long haul. The gloss black milled finish is painted black with precision machine post-cut accents revealing the raw aluminum underneath.

Please Note: Delivery takes 4–8 weeks. Each set is custom-ordered to accommodate the wide demand for unique offsets and widths.

Manufacturing: All KTR Forged wheels are manufactured to JWL/TÜV standard in a DOT-approved manufacturing facility. This ensures that our production processes, materials, and machinery meet the highest federal industry standards for safety and consistency.

Intended Use: While our facility is DOT-registered, please note that these specific designs are engineered and intended for off-road use only. We prioritize maximum strength and custom performance for off-road environments.

Structural Warranty

KTR warrants that our forged wheels will be free from structural failure (cracks or bends) under normal and intended use for a period of 3 years from the original retail purchase date.

Finish Warranty

Standard Powder Coated Finishes – One (1) year from retail purchase against peeling or lifting of the paint or clear coat on the wheel face.

Custom Orders Cannot Be Canceled
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Design and milling work begins instantly and cannot be undone.
30-Day Claim Window: Any issues regarding specification discrepancies and fitment issues must be reported within one(1) month of delivery to ensure replacement/ reimbursement.
Minor Finish Variances: These are performance off-road wheels. Minor manufacturing or clearcoat variances (e.g., small imperfections on a beadlock ring) that do not affect structural integrity are considered normal. These do not qualify for returns and can be easily touched up or installed as-is with no impact on performance.
