The AVM Custom Design True Beadlock is built to your exact specifications, offering a fully tailored wheel design engineered for both performance and individuality. Each set is handcrafted to reflect your unique vision, ensuring a perfect balance of function, fitment, and style.

These wheels are engineered for off-road use only. They are not D.O.T. certified, not because of safety, but because certification licensing is unnecessarily expensive for enthusiasts who primarily run off-road setups. Rest assured, the B01 beadlocks are built to perform under extreme conditions.

Finish: Machine finish with powder clear coat

Design: True 2-piece beadlock

Max Load: 3,306 lbs per wheel

Weight: Approx. 32 lbs (for a 17x9 wheel)

All custom design requests are developed exclusively per customer and per individual wheel order. These custom wheels are produced solely for the purchaser and are not authorized for resale, redistribution, or rebranding under any circumstances.
AVM Forged wheels are 100% custom-milled. We accommodate all years, makes, models, and custom axle configurations.

If your vehicle has a protruding hub you will be given a plastic hubcap that will clear that hub.

Manufacturing: All AVM Forged wheels are produced in a DOT-approved manufacturing facility. This ensures that our production processes, materials, and machinery meet the highest federal industry standards for safety and consistency.
Intended Use: While our facility is DOT-registered, please note that these specific designs are engineered and intended for off-road use only. We prioritize maximum strength and custom performance for off-road environments.

Custom Orders Cannot Be Canceled
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Design and milling work begins instantly and cannot be undone.
30-Day Claim Window: Any issues regarding specification discrepancies and fitment issues must be reported within one(1) month of delivery to ensure replacement/ reimbursement.
Minor Finish Variances: These are performance off-road wheels. Minor manufacturing or clearcoat variances (e.g., small imperfections on a beadlock ring) that do not affect structural integrity are considered normal. These do not qualify for returns and can be easily touched up or installed as-is with no impact on performance.
